There is nothing better than coming home from a long day at work and treating yourself to some me time, #treatyoself. It just relaxes you and preps you for a great night of beauty sleep. So pop on some Netflix, grab a book, or pop on a Spotify playlist and get ready to be relaxed.
RUN A BATH
I never used to be a bath person, until I was introduced to Lush. Their bath bombs make bath time more exciting and it' always fun watching the bath change colour and swirl around. I don't like spending too much time soaking in the tub, but enough to get clean and have a little lie there. My favourite bath bombs from Lush are The Experimenter and Golden Wonder (Christmas product), which I always make sure I have a few backups.
I feel like face masks are probably one of the most important parts of my skincare routine. I have combo/oily skin and acne, and masks I think are what makes the biggest difference and improvement in my skin. I always like to have a few that do different things to treat what I need on a particular day. If I feel like my skin is congested and I have a few pimples hanging around, I pull out the Aesop Parsley Seed Masque. It deep cleanses my skin without tightening and drying out my skin. For some extra moisture in the colder months, I have been obsessed with the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask. I either use a thick layer for a lot of moisture, or a thinner layer to act as my moisturiser on nights where I feel like my skin is really dehydrated.
PAINT YOUR NAILS
When I put a fresh coat of nail polish on, I feel like a put together person. I am still not a pro at it but I'm improving! My favourite brand of nail polish would have be Essie. The colour range has so much variety and I find they last the longest on myself. My favourite picks for the cooler months are Chinchilly and Berry Naughty.

It is so overwhelming the first few times, I find that going in with something in mind and getting one of their staff to help you is always the best option.! x
